Resignation of President and CEO

| | Black Bull Resources Inc. (the "Company") announces that Mr. Barry F. Grundy has tendered his resignation as President and CEO, as well as a Director, of the Company effective June 30, 2006.
Mr. Grundy cited personal reasons for his resignation and indicated his commitment to a successful implementation of the Company's plans during this transition period.
Black Bull Resources Inc. has initiated the process of searching for a new President and CEO.
