Donald Wright, Director since May 2004. Former Chairman of the Board for Black Bull Resources Inc. from June 2004 to January 2006. Former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TD Securities Inc. and Deputy Chairman of TD Bank Financial Group. Since retiring from the Bank in 2002, Mr. Wright has worked independently, and is currently the President & CEO of The Winnington Capital Group Inc.; Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc., Fralex Therapeutics Inc., and Richards Packaging Inc., Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Richards Packaging Income Fund, member of the Board of Directors of GMP Capital Trust, member of the Board of Directors of DHX Media Ltd., and Saxon Energy Services Inc., member of the Board of Trustees of The Hospital for Sick Children, and a member of the Royal Ontario Museum Governors' Finance Committee.
