Overview
Black Bull Resources Inc. ("Black Bull" or the "Company") is an integrated miner, processor, and marketer of industrial minerals under the trademark Scotia WhiteTM and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") under the symbol BBS.
The Company's White Rock Property is an industrial mineral property hosting a large resource of high quality quartz, kaolin, and mica minerals, located near Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada. The White Rock Property consists of 105 claims covering some 1,650 hectares (4,190 acres) of Crown land. The White Rock Property is 100% owned by the Company subject to a 2% net smelter royalty.
The Company has received all necessary permits and approvals for Quartz production only. It should be noted that the Company has not received any permits or approvals for mining of Kaolin or Mica at this time.
